Young politicians

Nepal's young politicians have power to change society but no position in party and organization. They complained their party boss that no proper job has got till now. We have not political culture to bring key position in politics.

Rahul Gandhi, general secretary of Indian congress, is an major interest among six interest. It's main purpose that young politicians can change country. In Nepal, Little chance for young as wanting to walk in way of politics.

UCPN Maoist has claimed that 50% young politicians active in party, among them 2 are in standing committee. It is not true that youngster are not key party position. As follower of senior leaders, most of the leaders has reached in higher position. Chakari and Chaplusi plays major role to be senor or hold major post in party. Otherwise, In all political parties, there is Gut and Groups , who is near this Gut and groups, he gets some opportunities.

Independently, there is very difficult to get chance to hold major posts as being young at this situation on Nepal. So, Ironically , who want to be young leader in politics, have to run after leader and have to follow his Path blindly. If not, you should follow new way until improvement of political culture.

Many young political leaders said that they have to courage to do struggle into party for the right, no possible in recent position, Because to do struggle into party is walk in thorny way.
