Vice Versa in Maoist

It is very odd time for the country, when, Nepal is in the way at constitution making process. In this time, ethnic, regional and others groups are in road seeking their right to ensure new constitution. But, it is bitter reality that it is very difficult to address all groups' demands into constitution. Because, two third majority of CA will promulgate the constitution from CA assembly and no single majority of any political party. So the constitution will be all political parties' .
UCPN Maoist is the biggest party of CA, She is worried about that her agenda will be loose in new constitution. Again and again chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal prachanda said, 'We are not absolute majority, so the constitution will be a document of agreement. All major parties agenda will be address there'. Saying this, Maoist strategic move is to influence in constitution. So, Prachanda time and again provoke ethnic groups to take road for the right. NC and UML leaders blamed to Prachanda as double standard political players, in reality he is. Because, always, he has more than two options for the strategic move. He use this option as tools to fulfill his and parties interest. Since past two years, Prachanda took in one hand peace -constitution and other hand revolt strategy, which twisted politics here.
UCPN Maoist vice-chairman Mohan Baidhya faction is against establishment saying misleading revolution. The faction is opposing peace and constitution writing process and organizing a parallel organization into party. There is 'one party two system' in Maoist but informally there are two party and two system also. Nobody can say confidently that the party will be united, because, fractionation within party in climax. Party leaders have no concrete solution. Both faction is in 'wait and see' strategy. No one want to take responsibility breaking the party but waiting to blame others. Establishment is making decision not taking agreement from Baidyha faction and Baidhya faction is not ready to accept establishment decision regarding peace and constitution process. They are in 'vice versa' position.
